- Using equipment in the apartment
- Bed linen and towels changed weekly

Extra Required:
- Final cleaning: € 25
- Extra parking space: € 5 per day, € 30 weekly, biweekly € 50, € 100 per month,
- ADSL: € 5 per week
- Use washing machine with detergent € 2 washing
- Clean extra midweek change of linen: € 20
- Linen and towels midweek: € 10
- Extra bed: € 10 daily
- Cot, baby bath: € 30 weekly

Payment: in advance on check in.
30% deposit required at booking
Check in from 12.00 the day of arrival. Check out within 10.00 am.
In case of late check out (later than10:00am) will be charged an additional day.
The Residence does not have a reception on 24 hours: for arrivals after check in time we recommend that you request in advance.
